Prof. Dr. Sergejs Gaidukovs is a distinguished expert in Polymer Chemistry and Technology with over 25 years of experience at Riga Technical University (RTU), Latvia. He currently serves as a Professor and Leading Researcher, contributing significantly to advancements in polymer science.
Throughout his academic career, Prof. Gaidukovs has held key positions at RTU, including Associate Professor (2017–2021) before his promotion to Professor in 2021. His research focuses on cutting-edge developments in polymer chemistry, material science, and sustainable technologies.
In addition to his academic roles, he co-founded Composfy, a company specializing in innovative composite materials, where he served as CTO from April 2020 to January 2024.
With extensive experience in research and industry, Prof. Gaidukovs continues to drive innovation in polymer technology and applied materials, bridging academia with industrial applications.
